Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor Policy and shall not engage in any illegal activity. This includes staying within the community speed limits. HOA enforces speed limits. If caught speeding, guests will be subject to additional fees. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. In addition, no smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There is a $25 service fee associated with a HOA required guest registration form. This is to gain access into the gated community. Please note: Verkada Pass access is no longer available for guests. The HOA has restricted access to the community clubhouse, amenities, and golf course — these are now limited to private members only. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Kid-friendly extras include a high chair, Pack ‘n Play, changing table, toys, and board games. This property is managed by Property Manager Arizona LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
