All guests shall abide by the good neighbor Policy and shall not engage in any illegal activity. This includes staying within the community speed limits. HOA enforces speed limits. If caught speeding, guests will be subject to additional fees. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. In addition, no smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is a $25 service fee associated with a HOA required guest registration form. This is to gain access into the gated community. Please note: Verkada Pass access is no longer available for guests. The HOA has restricted access to the community clubhouse, amenities, and golf course — these are now limited to private members only.
