Located close to the Deschutes River, you’ll enjoy a private neighborhood boat dock only a quarter-mile away, two river access points within a short distance, and a 40-acre nature preserve nearby with hiking trails and bank fishing. After a day of kayaking, paddleboarding, or skiing at Mt. Bachelor, unwind in the relaxing hot tub under the stars.
Inside, the open layout features high ceilings, an electric fireplace, and two leather sofas for cozy evenings. Stream your favorite shows on the smart TV or gather around the convertible dining table that transforms into a ping-pong or pool table for family fun. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, KitchenAid mixer, and crockpot—perfect for preparing meals after a day of adventure.
Step outside to a large deck with a gas grill, perfect for an alfresco dining. Roast marshmallows around the wood-burning firepit (seasonally) or lounge in Adirondack chairs while soaking in the fresh mountain air. Four adult bikes and three kids’ bikes are provided for exploring the neighborhood, and the garage doubles as a game room with a card table and dartboard. Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and workout gear like a foam roller and resistance bands.
