Welcome to Shady Grove! This brand new build (2022) is one of Asheville’s newest vacation rentals that provides truly luxurious accommodations! The name is inspired from the traditional Appalachian folk song, and is one of ten beautifully constructed villas located in the enclave of The Fold at Reynolds Mountain. Shops and dining within walking distance you and you are located just 10 minutes from downtown Asheville, and close to everything the Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer! Walk into Shady Grove and you will be presented with clean lines and sleek, modern décor! The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen with high end finishes as well as a large dining table. The living room is a great place to cozy up in front of the gas fireplace and listen to music, watch tv or just connect with your group. Step out on the patio and take advantage of the hot tub for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. There are 4 guest rooms, including 1 King on the main level and 3 King Rooms on the second level. Each room has a smart tv and wifi throughout the property! You will not want to leave Shady Grove! Home Truths: - Sleeps in beds: 8; Max Occupancy: 8 - Property Manager provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests providing their own linens - Parking for 2 vehicles and designated overflow parking available - Internet Speed: Download - 600Mbps Upload - 35Mbps - 2 night minimum throughout the year and a 3 night minimum is required for all holidays - Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation. Quiet Policy: Please note that the home is located in a very quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Please inquire for details regarding payment, the cancellation policy, military discounts, and trip insurance. ​​​​​​​Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest’s name.
