One of ten beautifully constructed villas located in the enclave of The Fold at Reynolds Mountain, this 3 level house was inspired from the Appalachian folk song that is popular in the area. Located in the Reynolds Mountain community, you’re a short walk to the dining and shopping and you’re just 10 minutes to downtown Asheville and close to the many shops, galleries and restaurants! You are greeted with the charm and warmth as soon as you walk in. Along with all of the modern amenities, you will enjoy an open floor plan with living space featuring a gas fireplace and large smart tv. The kitchen provides high end appliances and everything you need to make your favorite recipes. The back porch is a great place to take in the mountain air and you have your own private hot tub! The guest rooms are located on the second and third level, each has their own bathroom for privacy and smart tv for everyone’s enjoyment. Quiet Policy: Please note that the home is located in a very quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Please inquire for details regarding payment, the cancellation policy, and trip insurance.
Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest’s name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
