The living room, modern and elegantly decorated, includes a sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 5 people. From the living room, you access a small private terrace with 2 chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying the pleasant Málaga weather. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV for added comfort. The apartment also features another full bathroom with a bathtub. Additional amenities include private parking and a magnificent rooftop solarium with a pool open year-round (except for January and February) from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The solarium also includes a sunbathing area, barbecue, and dining area, all for communal use. The apartment is located in a modern and luxurious building on Calle Constancia, just a few meters from María Zambrano train station (the main train station in Málaga), the Vialia and Larios shopping centers, and the Mercado del Carmen. It is also within walking distance of the Málaga Port and the beach. Málaga’s historic center is just a few minutes on foot, so no vehicle or transport is needed to explore the city.
