After dinner gather on the sofas in the living room for a movie on the flatscreen TV. The three bedrooms include two primary suites upstairs, both with en suite full bathrooms. The third bedroom sits adjacent to a full bathroom as well. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and free WiFi throughout the house. This grand getaway is in the heart of the Disney action, with Disney parks such as Animal Kingdom just a few miles away. You’ll be an easy drive from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal’s Islands of Adventure, and downtown Orlando. Stock up on all your favorites at the Publix Supermarket or ALDI, both of which are a quick drive down the road. An array of local and national eats can be found on nearby Margaritaville Boulevard as well. Things to know The pool does not come heated. We also only offer pool heat during the months of May-September for $32 / day. Please give a 3 day notice to add pool heat for your vacation. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
