The perfect combination of location and luxury, this getaway features a beautifully designed interior as well as an outdoor haven complete with a private pool and spa. A safety net separates the water from the patio, which offers al fresco dining and a grill for cookouts. Everyone will enjoy the game-room garage, fitted with air hockey and a pool table. The open floor plan presents soaring ceilings, both a formal and casual living and dining space, and a full kitchen with everything needed to make your favorite meals. The primary suite is on the main floor, while the guest bedrooms are all upstairs. Two of the rooms are themed for young ones in the group. There is also an additional game/living space upstairs, geared towards movies, and an Xbox 360. Things to know There is an active Ring doorbell at the front Please note: There is basic cable in the family room. The rest of the rooms don’t have cable, however, they do have smart TVs with streaming capabilities (using their accounts). No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
