Here you will find a successful blend between tradition and modernity. The character of this generous estate has been preserved as much as possible, however, one must not renounce the comforts of modern equipment.
This estate is particularly suitable for friends and families who want to enjoy life in and with nature.
This fantastic estate is located between the villages of Campanet and Pollença and offers 280 m2 of living space for a maximum of 10 people.
Upon entering the house, you enter the comfortable living-dining room with satellite TV, DVD player and, of course, Internet/WLan. In the evening you can relax in front of the fireplace. Just next to it is the fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes.
The house has 5 bedrooms (3 x double bed, 2 x 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms (1x corner bathtub, 2x shower) prepared with great care for 10 people.
The entire house is fully air-conditioned.
The spacious outdoor area is also spectacular. On the 11,500m² property, the 9x4m pool awaits you and offers fun and relaxation for the whole family. The cosy sun loungers are already waiting for you. On the distributed property, there are many different seating areas where you can relax and let nature affect you. An outdoor kitchen with barbecue is also available for delicious barbecue nights.
