Other amenities include three covered porches, a sundeck oceanside attached to a covered porch, a covered entrance, an enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water, parking underneath the house, and a private walkway to the beach with a sundeck. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
