Enjoy the beautiful ocean views from the two oceanfront covered porches of this four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath cottage. The first floor has two bedrooms and the second floor has the other two bedrooms. The upstairs den area offers a single pull-out bed. ’Prince of Tides’ has central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, HD TV, DVD player, and wireless internet access. Other amenities include a sitting area in the primary bedroom with a TV and a queen sofa pull-out, covered porches, an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, parking underneath the house, and a private walkway to the beach. The second-floor bedrooms open out onto the oceanfront covered porch. THINGS TO KNOW No pets This is a non-smoking home. Please note there are no linens provided for the pull-out.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
