THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY
This home, on the east side of the tracks, shares a property line with the original Del Mar train station. The west facing deck looks at the train tracks. Approximately 3050 trains pass by during the week not including freight trains that come through day and night.
There is private beach access through a tunnel under the train tracks.
There is a 4day minimum stay for this home for a maximum of 5 people.
No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties NO EXCEPTIONS!
The home has a pest control service the 3rd Wednesday of each month 122p. Access to the home must be granted.
This house is equipped with air conditioning. Additional fees may apply.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy andor parties. Deposit forfeitures andor evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies.
