Sitting on top of the hill on the coveted west side overlooking the city, this amazing bend home is just waiting to assist in making the best memories with family and friends. Entertaining the whole gang will be a breeze with the private hot tub, stylish game room complete with two flatscreen TVs, a wet bar, a pool table, and plush leather furnishings, and a half-acre yard that is closed in for the dogs to run around in! After a full day of exploring the city, step into the fully equipped kitchen to curb appetites with ease or step out to one of the two expansive furnished decks for a cookout in the fresh air using the private gas grill as everyone watches the sunset over the city. Everyone will love gathering at the accommodating dining table for meals and the living room will be just the place to kick back in front of the gas fireplace with a movie playing on the large flatscreen TV!
Spreading out won’t be an issue on this vacation with three spacious levels and five inviting bedrooms. The lower floor is home to the game room, a half-bath, and two bedrooms both boasting ensuite bathrooms. The main floor features the kitchen, dining area, living room, another half-bath, and the primary bedroom boasting a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. Head up to the third floor and you will find an adorable reading nook at the top of the stairs, a full bath in the hallway, and two bedrooms. One featured a bunk bed and a king bed, and the other has a queen bed.

You will be hard-pressed to find a better location to call home than this in Bend, as downtown restaurants, shops, and grocery stores are just two miles away. The Old Mill is also just two-and-a-half miles from your front door for shopping and sightseeing. Plus, the outdoorsy members of the group will be glad to know that Mount Bachelor is just 20 miles (25-minute drive) west for unlimited ski runs, hiking trails, and so much more!
