This home is all on one floor and sits on two-and-a-half acres and is located less than 20 miles from the Wolf Creek Ski area and the historic town of Creede. South Fork is surrounded by National Forest and offers many outdoor activities. A game room sits apart from main living area so the kids, both young and old, can make noise and have fun while others relax in the main living area. This home includes a large kitchen with all the amenities to hang out and cook your favorite meals. There is a king-size bed in the first bedroom, a queen in the second, three twins and a queen in the third, and a king in the fourth, so you’ll have plenty of sleeping accommodations for up to eight guests.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
