In a central location, just a short amble from the sea and within 10 minutes’ walk of Protaras Centre and the famous Fig Tree Bay, this modern three-bedroomed villa provides an ideal setting for a relaxing family-friendly holiday. Villa Sielis boasts a large private outdoor swimming pool so when you’re not lazing on the sand, you can find your favourite sun or shaded spot here too. The terrace has cushioned loungers and chairs, so there’s plenty of places to choose from.
Inside the villa, the bright and comfortable décor continues. The ground floor is dedicated to an open-plan sitting and dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. Think comfy sofas, light whitewashed walls and large windows and doors letting you make the most of those blue skies and Mediterranean sun. Air conditioning is available throughout, and there are all the amenities you’ll need for a self-catering stay, including a dishwasher, oven and microwave. Plus, there’s a washing machine at this villa too – so you don’t need to worry about that sandy swimming gear – and towels are provided.
Upstairs, you’ll find the three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There’s also a double bedroom with a charming balcony equipped with a small table and chairs, as well as a twin room that’s perfect for younger children. All bedrooms are welcoming and light with natural-coloured furnishings and come with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. On this floor, you’ll also find the family bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower.
Outside, the well-kept garden and pool area provide plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing and alfresco dining. And when you’d like to go exploring, Protaras strip with its variety of restaurants, bars and the famous Fig Tree Bay beach are all well worth visiting. Snap pictures of the pretty pastel houses, take part in fun-filled water activities or simply watch the world go by in one of the waterfront cafes. This is an excellent villa for families or small groups who want to be close to the town centre and beach, yet have their own privacy and seclusion.

Location:
Villa Sielis is only a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the east-coast town of Protaras. The area isn’t just known for its beautiful sandy swimming beaches but has impressive tree-lined mountain ranges too. Jump on a boat from the harbour to the famous Cape Greco National Park nearby. Walk or cycle through the tree-lined trails there and enjoy the stunning sea and costal cliff views. Look out for the classic whitewashed chapel, lighthouse and ruins of an ancient temple devoted to Aphrodite.
At the Eastern edge of Cape Greco National Park is Konnos Bay, a breathtakingly beautiful beach with fringed by pine trees. With its underwater sea caves and crystal clear waters too, the national park also a hot spot for swimmers, snorkellers and scuba divers. For more days spent on the coast, Fig Tree Bay with its beautiful lone fig tree is a popular choice. There you can swim or snorkel in the calm waters or take part in action-packed water sports like parasailing or jet skiing. There’s also an island you can swim out to and a boardwalk you can walk along. Break up the afternoon and head to Protaras centre where you can wander the cobbled streets – browsing locally-crafted souvenirs or fresh produce – or sip iced coffee in one of the cafes and watch the world go by.
Looking for lively nightlife? Nearby Ayia Napa is your go to. The town is a short drive from Protaras and boasts a lively strip with bars and clubs. The resort town is also popular for its water park, Venetian-era Monastery, which stands in the central square and Ayia Napa Harbour.
