Classically Cape Cod in its style and appeal, this cozy, four-bedroom retreat in Chatham simply feels like home. In this prime location, you’ll be able to walk to Ridgevale Beach and easily ride your bikes to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and great shops and restaurants in the heart of downtown.
Wake up each day to beautiful morning light, with all four upstairs bedrooms offering generous windows and timeless decor. Downstairs, you can get the coffee going in the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gather around the dining room table for breakfast, and discuss everyone’s plans for the day. A washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, and a beach wagon make it easy to get swimsuits together, check the tides, and walk the half-mile to the beach.
Afternoons and evenings are best spent basking in the central air conditioning (a luxury on the Cape), relaxing outside on the furnished back deck, or piling on the sectional sofa in the living room for movies on the streaming-equipped cable TV. There’s even an additional TV in the unfinished basement - a great spot to kick back as you’re finishing the day’s laundry.
