Stroll a half-mile to all the shops and dining options in Little Rainbow Row and the Singleton Centre. Time your visit right and check out an event at the Flat Rock Playhouse.
Spend sunny days splashing in the outdoor pool, playing tennis, and launching the provided canoes from a private white sand beach on the spring-fed Jordan Lake. Make use of the grilling and picnic area and enjoy a cookout. A wood-burning firepit beside the lake is perfect for roasting s’mores when the stars come out. Explore the lush eight-acre property grounds via scenic trails anytime.

This home is in a shared, quiet community. .Two canoes are provided. The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Streaming services are available using your own account.Partial air conditioning.Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Property Manager North Carolina LLC. All Property Manager properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
