Mesa is also widely known for its excellent golf courses, including the Alta Mesa Golf Club and the Longbow Golf Club. And though the city is in the middle of the desert, there’s no shortage of water activities including kayaking on the Salt River, or chartering a boat tour on Saguaro Lake, 24 miles northeast. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
