The main level of the cottage has an open floor plan, perfect for family togetherness, and features a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms, and one and a half baths. The cottage’s ground level has a comfortable family room with ample seating, a game area, and one bedroom and a bath. THINGS TO KNOW No pets This is a non-smoking home. Please note that the ground level room does not have interconnecting stairs to the main level of the home, you must go outside to access this area. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
