Home details
As soon as you step through the gates into the wonderfully manicured gardens of Villa Antipolis, you will realise what a special place this is. Close to Antibes old town and the beaches of Juan-Les-Pins, this welcoming holiday home offers beauty, style and elegance in a superb part of the French Riviera.
Recently renovated to an exceptional standard, the owners have shown so much care when designing this splendid villa. With furnishings carefully selected from France, England and America, there is an air of understated luxury throughout such as the sophisticated and perfectly equipped kitchen alongside the graceful dining area in the conservatory overlooking the pretty garden. The wood beamed ceiling in the living room reminds you of the villa’s past whilst the cinema room is one of the many modern touches, alongside air-conditioning throughout.
Set over three floors, five bedrooms await including an enchanting twin with canopied beds and three queen-size doubles. At the very top, the master en suite bedroom is glorious with French windows opening up to a balcony with views over the pine trees and rooftops towards Cap d’Antibes and the sea.
Wander around your terraced gardens, admire the roses of many colours and discover the perfectly positioned bench for yet more lovely views towards the Mediterranean. Enjoy long lunches on the al-fresco terrace and spend lazy afternoons in the large swimming pool and separate jacuzzi.
There’s so much to explore close by from the brilliant beaches, watersports and bustling restaurants of nearby Juan-Les-Pins to the captivating beauty of Cap d’Antibes. The old town of Antibes itself is a wonderful gem with its 16th century ramparts and characterful lanes filled with charming shops, restaurants and wine-bars alongside the impressive marina below.
Not forgetting Cannes with its palm-fringed beaches and glamorous ambience. Also spend time discovering the rugged romance of the Côte d’Azur hinterland with its undulating scenery, historic market towns and delightful villages such as Mougins, Opio and Biot – all idyllic places in this magnificent part of southern France.

Location:
Villa Antipolis is in a beautiful setting, surrounded by pine trees and other elegant homes, just a ten-minute drive from the heart of Antibes on the French Riviera, close to the brilliant beaches of Juan-Les-Pins.
Set in a quiet neighbourhood, there’s a boulangerie and a supermarket just five minutes by car whilst there are plenty of restaurants in Golfe-Juan, Juan-Les-Pins and Antibes itself, all within a short drive.
The sandy shores of the Mediterranean are just under 3km away and just a little further is the chic seaside resort of Juan-Les-Pins, much-loved by Parisians in the height of the summer. Dine out in one of the many beachside restaurants and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere as the evening draws in. During the day there are many fantastic family-friendly beaches as well as a range of watersports, scuba-diving and boat trips.
The charming old town of Antibes is just 5km by car – it’s a picture-perfect place to explore with its winding lanes filled with pretty shops, wine-bars and restaurants, bustling Farmer’s market and historic 16th century ramparts, all contrasting perfectly with the mega-yacht marina below. Learn all about Picasso’s life in the impressive Musée Picasso in the heart of the old quarter. Art-lovers should also head to the interesting town of Vallauris, just 5km towards Cannes, home to the National Picasso Museum as well as a number of artisan ceramic studios.
Cap d’Antibes is another wonderful area to spend time in, especially for keen walkers who can follow breathtaking trails along the rugged coastline. Come across hidden coves or find picturesque bays such as famous Plage de la Garoupe, once the hangout of Picasso and Hemmingway, where you can hire sun-beds in the summer or dine in one of the beachside restaurants.
The glamour of Cannes is never far away, only 10km by car, where you can stroll along the palm-fringed beaches parallel to the famous La Croisette boulevard. From boat trips and watersports to boutique shops and authentic markets, Cannes offers so much for a day trip out, yet if it is all too much then hop on a ferry to the more peaceful Lérins Islands just across the bay (ferries depart from Cannes, Antibes and Juan-Les-Pins).
The Côte d’Azur hinterland is also easily reached with enchanting villages such as Biot and Mougins within an easy drive. A little further afield, head to the historic market town of Valbonne on a Friday morning for its popular Provençal market, visit the perfume studios of Grasse and even discover the artistic towns of Vence and St Paul de Vence, just over half an hour away.
This region also offers a number of golf courses, fantastic cycling and hiking opportunities as well as horse-riding both in the beautiful countryside and along the coast.
