On Point is perfect for relaxing on the water’s edge, watching the sunset, fishing in the sound, or launching exciting water sports action. The unspoiled ocean beach is within easy walking distance. A three-tier deck reaches beyond the roof, offering a 360 view. The hot tub has its own separate deck with full view of the sound, the channel and the stars above. The main floor has a full-size kitchen with a breakfast bar that opens up to the dining room and living room area with large covered porch. There is plenty of space to dine and prepare meals, all while being able to watch the sunset through the large windows and sliding doors! Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
