A cozy traditional fisherman’s cottage in the heart of Porthleven. Within walking distance to an abundance of independent shops, award-winning cafes/restaurants plus characterful pubs & the beach. Porthleven has retained its character of an unspoilt fishing village with its granite harbor and pier & famous clock tower. A perfect eating, walking, beach holiday.
Coral Cottage is arranged on three floors. The kitchen, utility room, shower room and rear entrance on the ground floor, living room on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor.
The main bedroom has a double bed with built in wardrobe and chest of drawers while the second bedroom offers a single bed with hanging rail and storage.
The living room offers comfortable sofas, smart TV and a multi-fuel log burning stove for those cozy Autumn/Winter evenings. From here, you go down some stairs to the kitchen, utility and shower room all with traditional beams and full of character.
The utility area houses the washing machine, ironing board etc. Here is a perfect safe space for your bikes/surfboards etc.
We recommend children from the age of 5 upwards for our cottage, mainly due to the open staircases. The stairs are traditionally steep and there is limited headroom in places. The quirks of Coral Cottage is what makes it so special.
