Dine together at the adjacent table, and then head out to explore, or just head to your complex’s shared pool and spend the day working on your tan. Back home, grab a seat on one of the comfortable couches and stream your favorite shows on the TV. Other entertainment options include free high-speed WiFi, along with a DVD player. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space. If you’re looking for more together time, grab one of the board games on hand. Drift off to sleep with one perfect vacation day behind you, and another to come tomorrow. THINGS TO KNOW This vacation rental strictly prohibits smoking on-site. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
