After some time on the sand, come back to easily spritz yourself clean with the outdoor shower (with both hot and cold water available). You’ll love cooling off in the private pool after a fun outdoor hike. Enjoy the ocean breeze while sitting on the seats of the private deck just steps from the beach, then head inside to enjoy a movie night with friends. Guests will have access to a private washer/dryer, a lovely dining area and room to sit at the kitchen island, and free WiFi. Other amenities include a private driveway.
THINGS TO KNOW
The pool can be heated from November - April.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
