This third-floor condo is located in the best spot in Breckenridge, right at the base of Peak 9 and one block to Main Street. Peak 9 is great for beginner trails with the added bonus of access to more advanced runs. Walk less than 100 yards to the Quicksilver chairlift and enjoy access to the entire mountain. Start your morning on your private balcony off of the living room, which overlooks Main Street. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, tile countertops, and all the pots, pans, silverware, and dishes you could need. The entire condo provides comfortable, high-quality furniture, and up-to-date electronics, including a large flatscreen TV in the living room and in each bedroom with Xfinity HD TV. There is a Wii gaming system as well for added entertainment and a gas fireplace that will keep you all warm during winter days. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
