The other 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a dining table has a warm atmosphere. The central island allows for joining the chef while preparing dinner. The kitchen provides direct access to both the patio towards the north and the partly covered terrace towards the south. The southern terrace has a sofa group complemented by fine views of the Mediterranean. The terrace, garden, and pool area offer a dining table and a large gas BBQ. The well-maintained garden is oriented directly south and consequently has sun throughout the entire day. The property is secured with indoor and outdoor alarm systems. The villa is also located in the middle of Europe’s greatest golf area, with over 30 golf courses. Extra beds or sofa beds are not available. However, we can arrange a baby cot and high chair for a fee of €30 for one week or €50 for two weeks, including bed sheets. If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay, the price is €15 per person, with a minimum of 6 sets required.
