Villa Cococha is a fantastic rustic and timeless individual villa located in one of the best areas of Salou, central and quiet at the same time and has a garden with a private outdoor pool and barbecue area.
The villa has an unbeatable location in the center of Salou just 800 meters from the beach. Within a 10-minute walk you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy and the bus stop. Only 1 km away is the fantastic park of Port Aventura.
The house is distributed over 2 floors: On the 1st floor there is a dining room, an office kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and access to a terrace.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Towels are changed every 7 days.
- - The swimming pool is available from 06-01 to 12-31.
