You will adore this Deer Valley Comstock Lodge 104 that is a located in lower Deer Valley and a short walk to Deer Valley’s Snow Park Lodge and ski resort. Additionally, you will be just a few steps to St. Regis with access via the funicular, or hop on the free Park City bus (from the bus stop just out your door) that will take you just about anywhere in Park City, Canyons Village and Kimball Junction.
This single-level luxury condo has been totally remodeled and features 1,300 square feet, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, to easily sleep up to four guests.
You can take the elevator or stairs to the first floor. Stepping through the condo’s front door puts you into the main living area with the living room, kitchen and dining area. The entire space offers a cabin feel with a modern flair.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
