Black Bear Penthouse A is located in the prestigious Black Bear community of Deer Valley. Newly renovated with mountain contemporary furnishings, hardwood flooring throughout, and high end appliances. Inside, you will find two master bedrooms, a loft, and three full bathrooms. With 1,800 square feet of living space it can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. This condo offers easy access to skiing in winter and hiking in summer. It can also be combined with Black Bear Penthouse B for even more space and accommodations for those traveling with large groups.
You will be just steps from the Silver Lake Village area where you’ll find stores, restaurants, and of course, Deer Valley Ski Resort for easy ski access.
Living Room: Upscale furnishings, a gas fireplace, beautiful hardwood floors and amazing views of Deer Valley Resort. You can also just enjoy some programming on the 70" Sony Smart TV with a Polk Audio Soundbar.
