Situated in a wonderfully “blissful” setting in the Chapel area, Sedona Red Rock Bliss offers a true retreat that is surrounded by the spectacular red rock views of Cathedral and Chapel Rocks. It is set on a ½-acre hillside lot in quiet residential neighborhood, allowing you to take in the magnificent sunrises and sunsets. You will be located near the Village of Oak Creek, where you’ll find many popular Sedona shops and restaurants, as well as near hiking and biking trails.
This single level home offers 1,921 square feet and three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms to accommodate up to six guests in comfort.
The main entrance to this property is via the front walk and stairs to the front door. You can also enter through the garage and an interior stairway. With either entrance, you will then step into the home’s main great room that features the open and bright living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: Settle back on a large contemporary style sectional, enjoy your favorite shows on 50” Smart TV with cable programming and a DVD player, and take in the amazing red rock views from the multitude of windows. The vaulted ceiling and numerous surrounding windows provide an open and airy feel with plenty of natural light.
Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to create delicious snacks and meals. The ample counter space, along with the convenient center island will make meal prep a snap.
Dining Area: The dining area has seating for six guests with surrounding views from inside or outside on the deck.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom — King size bed, 32” Smart TV, and access to a private deck with seating and views. The private bathroom offers two sinks and a shower.
Bedroom 2 — King bed and access to the full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Bedrooms 3 — Two twin beds (or can be put together for a king size upon request and $30 fee) and access to the full shared bathroom.
Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:
The expansive wrap-around deck will let you enjoy all of the amazing views anytime of the day, while the views especially gorgeous during a sunrise or sunset. The deck space offers comfortable outdoor furnishings, outdoor dining, and a propane gas BBQ.
