Sedona Mountain Sunset is a gorgeous and just renovated property near many Sedona attractions and activities. It is situated in West Sedona and is close to Hwy 89 where you’ll find plenty of restaurant and shopping options, as well as access to many popular hiking trails so you can explore to your heart’s content!
This home offers a spacious 2,200 square feet over two levels, three bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms, with all new furnishings, to easily accommodate up to six guests in true luxury and comfort.
Entering through the front door on the first level and up a short flight of stairs puts you into the open and bright upper/main-level great room holding living room, kitchen and dining area, all providing amazing views from the many windows and double sliding glass door.
Living Room: Features modern furnishings, including a leather sectional with adjustable head rests, a gas fireplace, and a 75” Smart TV with DISH service. Enjoy the gorgeous red rock views from inside or step out onto the deck for even bigger sights.
Kitchen: The kitchen is open and spacious and features all new appliances, counters and cabinets. You’ll love cooking on the Z-line six-burner gas range and enjoying snacks and drinks at the convenient kitchen bar with seating for four.
Dining Area: The dining area has plenty of natural light and views, and offers seating for six guests.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Suite (upper/main level) — King size bed, 55” Smart TV (with DISH service) and access to the deck. The private bathroom features a double faucet vanity, soaking tub and separate shower, plus a walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 (first level) — Queen size bed, 55” Smart TV (with DISH service), access to the full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Bedrooms 3 — Two twin beds (can be put together for a king size upon request and a $30 fee), 55” Smart TV (with DISH service), access to the shared full bathroom.

Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:
The home offers a huge covered deck that extends across the entire front of the house and provides amazing views, outdoor seating and dining table. In the backyard, you’ll enjoy tiered landscaping with outdoor furnishings, including cushioned sofas, outdoor dining, Adirondack chairs, a gas BBQ grill, and of course, the stunning red rock scenery. The yard is fully fenced and great for accommodating guests that bring their furry friends.
