If you are looking for a quiet place to spend your relaxing holidays, near Lake Garda, then this villa is perfect for you!
Completed in 2017, this spacious villa is located near to the center of Polpenazze and can accommodate up to 8 people.
Furnished with care and attention to the smallest details, the house is set on two floors.
At the entrance a large and bright living room welcomes you with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and a large table with chairs for the whole family or group of friends. From the living area you can directly access the balcony overlooking the magnificent Lake Garda.
The separate kitchen is equipped with modern appliances that will allow you to cook delicious meals just like at your own home.
To complete the ground floor there is a double bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and a small room used as a utility room / laundry.
The upper floor has two bedrooms, one double with a double bed and a small balcony that will allow you to admire the landscape that surrounds you. A further bedroom with two bunk beds and a second bathroom with shower complete this floor.
Towels and bed linen will be provided by us at the beginning of your stay.
An air conditioning system is present throughout the house.
Furnished with outdoor furniture, the garden of this villa will allow you to relax while sunbathing or simply enjoying a good glass of wine during the warm summer evenings.
Your dogs are also welcome at this villa!
In the basement you will find a convenient garage for two cars.
