This apartment is very charming and at the same time modern. It was re-furnished in 2018 and it is 70 m2, with an amazing external area overlooking the lake. The apartment is made up of an ample balcony overlooking the lake and a shared pool with sun beds. On the balcony, you can have your meals and enjoy a calm location and an amazing lake view.
In addition, there is the living room together with the dining room and a glass window from which you can admire Lake Garda, two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and a fully-equipped kitchen.
The apartment is situated in a new apartment complex (with only 10 apartments) which is less than 1 km from the centre of Polpenazze del Garda, where you can find shops, bars, pizzerias, and restaurants and in 7 km you can reach also the beautiful beaches of Lake Garda.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
