The Home
Each villa, with a floor space of 167 m2 is decorated with a lot of taste. Feng Shui tips have been used together with traditional elements, natural materials and soft colours in order to create a soothing and restful atmosphere.
On the upper floor of the villa there is the open plan kitchen, the living room with satellite TV, AC and fireplace, and the dining area with a long, monastery type, table. There is also a veranda with another dining table and a swing for leisure moments. A wooden pergola creates a cool shade so you can sit and enjoy the view to the port of Parikia.The fully equipped kitchen and BBQ can serve up to 15 persons. At the same level there is a bathroom with shower.
There is a flight of stairs connecting the upper to the lower floor of the villa where there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with a water massage bathtub, a wardrobe and a sitting room with direct access to the swimming pool....

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

Be careful when using cooking appliances, heaters, or other fire hazards. . Treat the property like your own home. . Additional charges may apply for any loss or damages.
