The Neighborhood
The west side of Zakynthos is the wild side of the island. Unlike the rest of the island with the endless sandy beaches, here the access to the clear blue waters of the Ionian is from a few, very specific points. One of them, Porto Limnionas, is located in the area we chose to create the Terra Lucis Mountain Residences. In this area in general and in particular near to our accommodation, the tourist development is mild and does not follow the rhythm of the major tourist resorts of the island. Here the visitor can really feel what Ionian Sea and Zakynthos means, listen to the natural sounds, smell the herbs and flowers, feel connected to the vast sea, swim under the sun or the moonlight, touch the blessed fruit of the olive tree or just enjoy the setting sun in the endless blue of the Mediterranean.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
