The open floor plan leads into the living room, offering tons of natural light and gorgeous ocean views. There is a large, flat screen TV and plenty of seating, perfect for movie nights. The Master bedroom features a King bed, with its own en suite bathroom with a shower tub combo. It is the perfect place to end a busy day at the beach. The second bedroom features a full size and a queen size bed also with an en suite bath with a shower tub combo. You will also find a washer and dryer in the property for your convenience. A huge, rounded balcony with amazing unobstructed views of the Gulf. Plenty of comfortable seating that is perfect to have your morning coffee or to take an afternoon nap. Twin Palms is located right in the heart of Panama City Beach. Located just steps from the ocean, you can spend your day relaxing at the beach. Twin Palms has a large pool with huge pool deck area, complete with a hot tub, grill area and tables and chairs for dining. There is an indoor hot tub, a newly renovated fitness center, complete with dry and steam saunas. You are just moments from all the best PCB has to offer- so whether you stay on the beach all day or venture out, you are sure to have a great time! Note: Garage Clearance: 6’ This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night’s rest! Property Manager and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be. RESORT PROJECT NOTICE: Starting on 01/23/24, the resort will start redoing the walkway of each floor. Each floor will take approximately two days to complete. The first day will be the grinding of the floor to remove any of the old paint and to get to the concrete. The second day will be to apply the coating (and this is the only time guests/owners cannot be on the floor for about 6 to 8 hours). Thank you for your patience and understanding.
