Fantastic holiday house located in the famous Cala Crancs cove of Salou, just 20m from the access to the beach sand.
It has a nice outdoor area, with pool and jacuzzi, several terraces furnished with different orientation and a porch with barbecue. An exceptional accommodation to enjoy the best holiday close to the beach.
The house is distributed over 2 floors. It has a large living room with open kitchen, living area and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware and appliances, including the dishwasher. It has 4 double bedrooms, (3 with a double bed and 1 with a bunk bed) and 3 bathrooms (2 with a shower and 1 with a bathtub).

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
