Fernández y González is a beautiful interior duplex placed on the ground floor. It’s accesible through two typical Sevillian patios from the ground floor; entering on the right you’ll find a completely equipped kitchen with washing machine, dryer.etc. In the living room we find an area with dining table with seating for until six people and a resting area with TV.
In this same floor is placed a bedroom with two individual beds from where you can access to a small patio with table and two exterior chairs. In addition, in this floor there’s one of the complete bathrooms with shower.
On the second floor there are one bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with a shower. In addition, there is an open area with an additional double bed, making the apartment available for 6 people.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
