INTERIORS
The villa is set on two floors above ground. The main entrance opens on the main living room. The history says that during World War II, this living
room had turned into a kind of infirmary, where the wounded soldiers were accommodated. Next to the living room there is the study where guests can easily find a place ideal for working, a room dedicated to the card games, another living room with working fireplace, and a dining table with access to the outdoors. The large kitchen has as well a large fireplace and a wood oven ideal for pizza parties! The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary facilities as dishwasher, oven, slicers. From the kitchen there is the access to the laundry room. Always on the ground floor there are two toilettes. Climbing a stone staircase of 17 steps, guest will find the sleeping area composed of a total of 6 bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms with shower, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub and shower, one twin bedroom (beds can be join able) with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, one double bedroom with a separate bathroom with shower, one quadruple bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. The living room of the first-floor step us back again in the past, as during the World War II it became the temporary headquarters of the “Bank of Pistoia”.

Well-equipped garden. Private swimming pool with rectangular shape, 7x11 mt with a fixed depth of 1.40 mt. Access in pool is through 5 steps and chlorine depuration.

To delimit the garden there is a gate, the original main entrance to the Villa, where there is a particular bell, which seems to have been identified as the oldest of Pistoia. Past the gate you come to the playground, decorated for our younger guests, and the swimming pool, the point of the greatest interest in the summer. The pool is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. The swimming pool, which distances about 30 metres from the villa, has a chlorine depuration and has a fixed depth of 1.40 metres. The rectangular shape pool, measures about 7 x 11 metres. A shaded gazebo with tables and chairs, is arranged on the lawn adjacent to offer the opportunity for guests to spend entire days in the pool, choosing our bar service of light lunches.
