This lovely, oceanside, four-bedroom home has fabulous wrap-around porches, a screened dining deck, and a rooftop sundeck for your ocean-viewing pleasure. Situated two lots back from the ocean, Dancing Dolphin provides easy beach access as well. Family and friends will love it here, as well as furry companions, who are welcome for a nightly fee. Spend your mornings on the sand, your afternoons cooking your fresh catch on the grill, and your evenings unwinding in the private hot tub. (The hot tub is enclosed in a screened porch for privacy and all-weather availability.) For indoor entertainment, there are three cable TVs and an extensive DVD collection for both kids and adults. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
