A hammock and several chaise lounges are perfect for sunbathing, or you can grill up tasty meals and dine alfresco at the outdoor tables for six and eight. The main bedroom also offers direct access to a quiet seating area for two on the patio. Vaulted ceilings with skylights flood this single-level retreat with natural light. Snuggle up on a sectional in the main living area to watch movies on the 70" TV. Cathedral ceilings with exposed beams create an elegant ambience in the second living area, where you’ll also find a 55" TV, a table for four, and a desk. The chef in your group will feel right at home in the kitchen, appointed with brand-new stainless steel appliances and an island with a quartz countertop that doubles as a four-seater breakfast bar. When it’s time to eat, a table in the dining area seats ten for festive vacation meals. *Please read our important pool heat information to help you have the best vacation possible!* This property has a pool can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $152/night. At least seven days’ notice MUST be given for heat to be turned on. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool or hot tub does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given. THINGS TO KNOW There are two queen-size sofa beds in the living area. The fireplace is non-operational. Please note E-bikes are not allowed. This property is managed by Property Manager South Carolina LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. 7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
