Newly renovated, Mountain Laurel Tree House has two very comfortable new king sized beds, 2 private en-suite full bathrooms, new furnishings and high quality linens. Our kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials as well as high end gourmet, (Viking) stove and slide in refrigerator and freezer drawers. Our home has a split bedroom layout, perfect for two couples to spend time together while maintaining the ultimate privacy. This home is not equipped for nor accepts pets nor children under 18 and maximum capacity is 4. Cancel for any reason insurance is available. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
