Relax in leather seats as you experience surround-sound entertainment. This theater with stadium seating is the perfect place to watch a favorite film, a big game, or a selection from the DVD library of 100-plus movies. Eight TVs are equipped with DirecTV; four TVs are smart Roku TVs. Venture outside, and you’ll find a world of entertainment waiting by the 10-foot x 25-foot private pool. A relaxing hot tub awaits nearby, and a basketball goal provides a little competitive action. Multiple levels of furnished decks offer ample space to enjoy the ocean breeze. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
