A short walk to the sound-side beach provides access to a highly-coveted kiteboarding and windsurfing launch. On the first living level, you will find four comfy bedrooms; three have deck access, including the primary room with a private bath. Up the stairs is a huge, open great room with high ceilings, lots of light, deck access, and breathtaking views. The living area has three separate sitting areas and access to the sprawling south-facing sundeck. The nearby kitchen is well-equipped and features a breakfast bar for four. Serving meals is a delight in the adjacent dining area, or you can step out onto the screened porch to dine alfresco. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
