This 14-unit complex, located directly on the Gulf, is quiet and tranquil yet family friendly. From peace and quiet, we provide everything to make you feel at home. Important details: No pets allowed in this property, no exceptions! The pool is not heated during winter months This is a small, quiet residential community so no loud parties are allowed. AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits. Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner’s use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone.
