A paved drive leads to covered parking under the home. There is also a fish cleaning station and an outdoor shower. The 14’ x 30’ pool is one of the largest private pools on the island and sits inside a fencedin furnished area along with the hot tub and tropical bar with a small refrigerator. Kite House features two large wraparound decks. The sundeck up top has outdoor furniture including a picnic table perfect for lunch with the family or a game of cards after dinner. From this view, you can enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and then turn around that evening and sip a cocktail as it sinks into the Pamlico Sound. The first floor of the home contains three bedrooms. New vinyl laminate is in the entry hall. The first could be considered the kids’ room with a pyramid bunk and one single bed. A rollaway bed is in the closet. There is also a TV. Bedroom two has a fullsize bed, TV, new carpet, firstfloor deck access, and one of two entries to a full bathroom. Room number three is a spacious main bedroom with its own bathroom, new carpet, a queen bed, and a TV. An extralarge capacity washer and dryer can also be found on this floor. The outside deck on this floor features two Nags Head Hammock swings seating four people. On the top floor, the great room is a place the whole group can enjoy each other’s company or gather for a movie on the 65inch TV. New vinyl laminate flooring in the great room, kitchen, and hall. The large dining room table has three extra sections that can be added for seating additional people. The kitchen is wellequipped and loaded with all appliances. There is a Keurig coffee station, air fryer, crockpot, and all the kitchen items you will need for your stay. Two access points to the sundeck from the kitchen and dining room area allow you to come and go freely and serve your guests with ease as they take in the beautiful sights and sounds. On this level, you will also find another half bath off the hallway. The fourth bedroom on this floor is another spacious main bedroom with a kingsize bed, new carpet, large bathroom, and TV.
