Sunshine Welcome to Sunshine, a delightful, semi-oceanfront home in Avon with a private pool, a brand-new hot tub, a game room, and plenty of bright and beachy areas to make memories with the whole family. Updates for 2022 include new carpeting, new outdoor furniture, new exterior lighting and paint, new interior paint, and new TVs. Outside, a paved driveway provides plenty of parking, and a spacious deck surrounds the large swimming pool. Inside, you’ll find an expansive game room with a pool table, foosball, a kitchenette, and ample seating - a great spot for cooling off after a day at the beach, which is a short walk away. On the main floor, prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, share them at the 10-person dining table and the three-person breakfast bar, then gather on the new furniture for games and movies in the living room. Don’t miss the incredible views from the third-floor deck, an excellent spot for a cup of coffee at sunrise and a glass of wine at sunset Things to Know The private pool is open seasonally from  4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change. The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change. The fireplace is not operational. Guests can enjoy both a full kitchen and a kitchenette. This property is managed by Property Manager North Carolina LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
