Entering the pool level every guest will admire the interior design laced with unobstructed panoramic views of famous Psarou Bay. On this floor, a fully equipped kitchen is combined with an open plan dining area ready to serve up to 10 guests with pool & sea views. Next to it, a very bright minimal living room with a large comfy sofa and Tv giving access to an outdoor area is provided.
The first king-size bedroom of the villa is on the pool level; with ensuite bathroom & sea view. Stepping up the off-white stairs, four bedrooms are located, the first king-size master bedroom with ensuite bathroom providing access to a private balcony with your own private jacuzzi, away from prying eyes, where you will spend long nights with a Champaign in your hand gazing the sparkling stars under the clear Cycladic sky. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
