The house features 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed and a second one with 2 single beds. There is a wooden staircase with a safety gate for toddlers that leads to the loft bedroom with 2 single beds.
A bathroom with a bathtub and shower is located on the ground floor. On the outside you will find the garden with a private pool and the enclosed terrace with a bbq. Enjoy your drinks or dinner by the pool!
It glories in a peaceful, rural setting, a short walk from the famous sea-turtle nesting beach, and conservation area of Gerakas. Ideal for children or the elderly for being sandy, warm, and shallow. For those who prefer turquoise, and fresher waters, we provide access to a private beach down the cliff where you can relax and practice snorkelling.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
