Elegant villa is a 3 level spacious villa with an internal staircase and large terraces that provide an amazing view of the Aegean sea and the unique cedar forest of Alyko.
It consists of 3 floors, the top floor, the ground floor and the basement. The first floor provides a fully furnished kitchen, a living room with a terrace and an outdoor dining area. The ground floor consists of two bedrooms with balconies, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom and one bathroom. Finally, the basement consists of 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
Elegant villa is designed in a romantic style with wrought iron beds, white and brown furniture in earthy colors in order to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere for our guests.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
