We would like to welcome you to our new stone built villa, where every day is a new delight. Built in the early 1900s, it has been completely renovated by us, according to the traditional architecture of Santorini, with an added modern touch. named  The villa itself spans two floors and a traditional subterranean cave-room; it consists of three fully independent suites, all with private terraces, Jacuzzi, and an enchanting view to the castle. Our first rate amenities will exceed your expectations. The villa, in its entirety, is an ideal choice for families and friend, as it combines privacy with luxury.

Courtyard Suite: spanning the ground floor, it offers a relaxed and peaceful environment, with a large separate bedroom with a spacious bathroom, a kitchen, living room and a courtyard with Jacuzzi

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
